I was quite surprised that it was quite successful the very first time I made it (well, it’s my last time too, I never like marshmallows.. they are too sweet. Homemade are even sweeter…… but the addition of lavender made it special).
It’s too boring to cut into cubes. I cut mine into cute little hearts so it makes a beautiful decoration of the roasted pumpkin soup.
